Do you ship outside of Canada?
Yes, we ship worldwide!!!
Although Frameset Supply Canada primarily aims to be a domestic source of steel frame tubes for Canadian builders, we have also opened the webstore to USA and International customers. If you have any questions about shipping to your location if it is not listed in the checkout option, please send us an email.
International customers are also welcome to place an order for local pickup if the opportunity arises.
Please note that International USA customers will be responsible for pre-paying the import duties of their shipments upon checkout.
International Shipments may be subject to customs/duties/local taxes upon customer import! Check your local import laws to determine what your import fees may be! We are not responsible for import fees!
When will I get my order?
We aim to ship orders within a week. This is a small operation so your patience is appreciated. Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier. Local Pickup can generally be arranged within a week.
If you need your items sooner please email and we can see what arrangements can be made.
Can I make a return?
Please be mindful of your order, returns will be assessed on an individual basis. All items are inspected for quality upon order packing, but if there is an issue with your item please contact us by email as soon as possible. We are unable to offer returns beyond 7 days after order receipt. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Can I get a discount?
Pricing is set as low as reasonably possible relative to inventory cost, import prices, and business overhead.
If you wish to buy a higher quantity at a better price, please email about booking-orders prior to our next import of materials. Get on the mailing list to be notified of our next shipments!
Why don't you have x item?
As this is a new venture we have purchased general initial stock which may not cover all areas of interest. We intend to contiually expand the product offering as often as we are able. We are more than happy to expand the catalogue with items that our customers are interested in - please email with any specific requests.
Will you sell my item?
If you make parts within Canada we are happy to consider stocking your items to sell. Please email to discuss!
